ACEEE recently released this white paper explaining the impact of Grid-interactive efficient buildings (GEB’s) or sometimes called, smart buildings. It is very important to recognize the impact IoT devices (and the connectivity infrastructure) will have on the energy landscape. Massive savings can continuously be achieved if people are engaged, processes are in place, and technologies are leveraged.
